The Teltonika FMC880 is a professional wired GPS tracker from Teltonika's FMx8 series, engineered for rapid deployment across all types of motorized vehicles. Connectivity & Positioning
The device features a dual-band GNSS receiver (L1 & L5) supporting GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, and BeiDou constellations, delivering positioning accuracy below 1 meter. Data transmission relies on 4G LTE Cat 1 cellular network with GSM/GPRS fallback, ensuring reliable real-time position reporting. A built-in 170 mAh Li-Ion backup battery maintains operation in the event of a power supply interruption.
Onboard Detection & Advanced Scenarios
A built-in accelerometer enables automatic detection of critical events: collision/crash, unauthorized towing, device unplugging, harsh driving behavior (harsh acceleration, braking, cornering), and fuel consumption monitoring via impulse counting. Manual and automatic geofencing are also supported.
Bluetooth Low Energy Connectivity
The FMC880 integrates Bluetooth 4.0 + LE, allowing wireless connection to external sensors (temperature, humidity, barcode scanners, BLE beacons). This extends use cases to cold chain monitoring, driver identification, and asset tracking.
